Return Policy:

Northwest Shelter Systems has a 7 day return policy on all products. Items purchased may be returned within 7 days given the product(s) or item(s) were not damaged or have missing parts while in care of the customer. NWSS charges a 50% restocking fee for returning items/products that are not in route or have not been shipped/delivered to project site. NWSS charges a 75% restocking fees for returning Items/products that are in route or have been delivered to project site. If products are damaged while in care of NWSS damaged products may be returned free of charge. If parts are damaged while in the care of NWSS parts will be replaced free of charge, otherwise replacement parts are available for purchase, this does not include while items are in shipment.
