Underground Culvert Shelter. New. Twelve gage corrugated steel culvert, 10 foot diameter by 30 foot long. The ends are capped with 3/16” steel plates with 2 heavy angles at each end to reinforcement the end plates. All welded together. The seams of the culvert have been sealed with tar. The man door is a metal commercial door with a commercial door knob. There is a wood floor installed giving 3 foot of storage under the floor and 7 foot of head-height above. Electrical panel is installed and some wiring done. Comes with a shower stall and precut circular wall panels.
